Interim Corporate Counsel: M&A & Commercial Deals (9-12m)

MLA is partnering with a fast-growing international e-commerce and consumer brands business to hire an Interim Corporate Counsel for a nine to twelve month contract. The role focuses on M&A work and collaboration with senior stakeholders across the business.

You will lead acquisitions from LOI to completion, draft and negotiate M&A and commercial agreements, and support corporate finance, contracts, employment, IP and data privacy concerns.
