Senior Practitioner, Community Mental Health Lead

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Senior Practitioner to join our Community Mental Health Teams across the Greater Manchester area. You will lead high-quality assessments, manage complex caseloads and provide clinical leadership within the MDT to support safer, personalised care.

In this role you will drive risk management, safeguarding and the use of DIALOG+ for personalised care planning.
