Senior HR Reward Architect – Pay Equity & Analytics

Cardiff University is seeking a Senior HR Advisor (Reward) to lead the development and implementation of the reward framework during a period of organisational transformation. You will bring substantial experience in reward, compensation, job evaluation and HR analytics within a complex organisation with a strong emphasis on pay equity and EDI principles.
