Job Description:
AO is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at its plastic plant in Telford, a 24/5 operation. You will drive safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance, lead a team of supervisors and technicians, and partner with Operations and site leadership.
You will own all planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance, champion LOTOTO and permit-to-work, manage the CMMS, and push a strong reliability culture across a highly automated facility.
