The Commercial and Programme Delivery Directorate, led by the Chief Commercial Officer, sits at the heart of UEL’s strategic ambitions, bringing together expertise across commercial strategy, procurement, programme delivery, strategic transformation and business development to drive the University’s major initiatives and long‑term growth agenda. Combining strong governance, oversight, and delivery capability with deep commercial expertise, the Directorate enables the successful delivery of UEL’s most significant and complex initiatives while also helping the University identify and realise new opportunities through strategic partnerships, innovative operating models, and diversified income streams. The Directorate sits at the intersection of operational excellence and strategic growth, ensuring that UEL delivers on its commitments and pursues sustainable opportunities that strengthen its long‑term financial resilience, market position and reputation while remaining true to its academic mission and civic purpose.
- Query, analyse and present data across multiple systems using tools such as SQL, Excel and Power BI.
- Develop and maintain reusable queries, reports and dashboards to support migration, validation and data quality activities.
- Support business stakeholders in reviewing, validating and cleansing data ahead of migration cycles and go‑live.
- Identify and highlight data quality issues, anomalies and exceptions through clear reporting and analysis.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams, data architects, testers and business stakeholders to improve data quality processes and reporting standards.
- Translate technical findings into clear, practical insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data validation, reporting and migration processes across the transformation programme
You are a highly analytical and detail‑focused data professional with strong SQL and reporting skills, and experience working with complex datasets across multiple systems. You’re confident using tools such as Power BI and Excel to turn data into meaningful insights that support decision‑making and improve data quality.
