Senior Visitor Experience Lead — Events & Duty Manager

The National Trust, Kedleston Hall near Derby, is seeking a Senior Visitor Experience Officer to join the Visitor Operations and Experience team. The role supports delivering top-quality experiences for over 250,000 visitors annually and manages a Programming Assistant alongside event volunteers.

You will work occasional evenings, regular weekend duty rosters and bank holidays, on a fixed-term contract not exceeding 12 months. Interview date: 10th September 2026.
