Job Description:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care in line with NMC and NHS standards.
- Safely administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate patient records, care plans and clinical documentation.
- Work effectively with doctors and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Support patients with personal care, mobility, nutrition and overall wellbeing where required.
- Follow infection prevention, safeguarding, health & safety and clinical governance procedures.
