Role Description As the Head Bartender, you will be part of a team to deliver a personal, tactful and friendly service, anticipating guest needs, creating a homely ambience in a sophisticated environment to achieve an elegant and comfortable experience.
Reporting to the F&B and Operations Manager, the Head Bartender will have proven experience in a quality bar, good cocktail knowledge as well as a strong passion for exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities including managing the Bar in the restaurant, stock take and requisitions as well as supporting the F&B and Operations Manager in the day to day running of the bar.
