The mission
Build the best-value FMCG offer in Ireland.
We’re looking for someone who is relentlessly focused on:
- Benchmarking the best UK discount retailers
- Finding who makes and supplies their best products – and what they pay
- Buying closer to source and cutting unnecessary middlemen
- Building a brilliant core FMCG range
- Sourcing exceptional branded deals – short-dated, clearance, or grey market
- Moving fast on clearance, excess stock and short/medium-dated opportunities
- Negotiating better costs and terms, constantly
You’ll have real authority to buy and make decisions – this isn’t a role where you write recommendations for someone else to approve.
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need to be a 20-year FMCG veteran. Relevant buying experience helps, but it’s not essential. What matters more is execution.
Commercial. Numerate. Curious. Fast. Relentless. No ego.
