We are working with a leading insight consultancy, who help organisations make confident decisions through a combination of research, data, analytics and strategic insight. They work across complex challenges where understanding people, audiences and wider social trends can make a real difference.

The role

We’re looking for an Associate Director with public sector research experience to work with clients across government, local authorities, charities, regulators and industry bodies.

You’ll lead research and insight projects from start to finish, helping clients understand audiences, navigate policy and social issues, and make better-informed decisions. You’ll work across qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, stakeholder insight and communications strategy.

About you

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research experience
  • Experience working with public sector or policy-related challenges
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation and client management skills
  • Experience leading projects and managing junior team members
  • A track record in business development and public sector tendering
  • Understanding of campaign evaluation, consultation and/or evaluation
  • A genuine interest in social and public policy issues and creating real-world impact
