Service Designer

Service Designer – Contract – £450p/d Inside IR35

Key responsibilities

• Lead service design activities from discovery through delivery.
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, prototypes, and design artefacts.
• Work closely with users, researchers, product managers, developers, and policy teams.
• Identify pain points and opportunities to improve end-to-end services.
• Support teams in meeting GDS standards and accessibility requirements.

About you

• Proven experience as a service designer within public-sector projects.
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design and agile delivery.
• Experience working with the GDS Service Standard and assessment process.
