Infrasearch are exclusively representing a leading Infrastructure Investor that is looking to appoint a MD / CEO to manage their growing portfolio of infrastructure assets.
The role
This new Managing Director / CEO of Infrastructure Asset Management will be responsible for:
• Leading and developing an experienced, highly engaged team
• Strengthening operational performance and client relationships
• Driving commercial growth and developing new opportunities
• Improving efficiency, organisational capability and leadership depth
• Navigating the changing PFI/MSP landscape and increasing hand-back activity
• Identifying new opportunities to diversify into different services and adjacent infrastructure markets
The ideal candidate
Our Client is open-minded on sector background and would welcome candidates from:
Infrastructure | PFI/PPP | Asset Management | SPV Management | Facilities Management | Concessions | Utilities | Energy & Renewables | Telecommunications | Defence Infrastructure | Professional Services
Direct UK PFI / PPP experience is advantageous, but not essential.
Essentially we are looking for a commercially strong, visible and collaborative leader with experience of leading a service-based, operational or infrastructure-related business / team through growth, change and or transformation.
Strong stakeholder management skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to bring people with you will be just as important as technical sector experience.
Our Client is open to candidates that are based anywhere in the UK but are available to travel.
