Client:

Prestigious mid-sized City law firm that has an eclectic client base and a reputation for having a supportive, collaborative and welcoming culture.

Role:

Corporate Insolvency including:

• Defending directors against claims under the Insolvency Act
• Winding up petitions
• Transactions at undervalue
• Overdrawn directors’ loan accounts
• Misfeasance claims

Personal Insolvency including:

• Dealing with complex IVAs including capacity issues and evasive debtors
• Defending personal guarantee claims
• Asset realisations
• Income payment orders

• Qualified solicitor with 2-5 PQE, England & Wales
• At least 2 years insolvency disputes experience gained within a UK law firm
