We are seeking an exceptional Household Manager to take full operational responsibility for a prestigious private estate.
Five-star hospitality training and experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have been developed within a genuine five-star luxury environment, or a highly sophisticated private household, with an instinctive understanding of impeccable service, presentation, discretion and personalised guest care.
This is a senior, hands-on role overseeing:
• Full household operations and presentation
• Housekeeping, service and maintenance
• Recruitment, leadership and development of staff
• Contractors, suppliers and specialist artisans
• Procurement, inventories and budgets
• Guest stays, entertaining and private events
• Preventative maintenance and projects
• Principal and Family Office liaison
We are particularly interested in candidates with senior experience in a substantial private household, estate, five-star boutique hotel or luxury private members’ club.
The successful candidate will bring the standards and discipline of five-star hospitality into a private residence — ensuring it is impeccably managed, discreet and highly personalised, while never feeling like a hotel.
Live-on-site is essential. High-spec accommodation is provided.
