Elite Academy Performance Coach – Football

Nottingham Forest FC is seeking an experienced Senior Sports Scientist to optimise the athletic development of the Academy’s players. Based at The Nigel Doughty Academy, you will lead world‑class performance support for the B Team and transition players to senior squads, collaborating with MDT and coaches.

You will manage testing, programming and monitoring, deliver CPD to staff, and produce regular reports while upholding safeguarding and welfare standards.
