Precision Assembly Operator: Fast-Paced Production

Gems Setra in the UK is seeking a Production Operator to assemble finished goods to customer orders while meeting required quality and productivity targets. You will follow Standard Work, 5S housekeeping and contribute to continuous improvement with your team.

You’ll work in a fast-paced production environment, cross-training across areas and collaborating with colleagues to deliver on time. Previous manual assembly experience is helpful, with a strong focus on teamwork and quality.
