Funeral Caregiver: Compassionate Prep & Family Support

Chelmsford Star Co-operative Society is seeking a compassionate Funeral Care Assistant to join our caring team. You will support families at the scene of bereavement, handling the preparation and presentation of the deceased with dignity and respect.

This role requires physical ability, a full UK manual driving licence, and a willingness to participate in on‑call shifts. We offer DBS checks, training and a supportive, community‑focused work environment.
