Patient Flow Coordinator — 24/7 Bed Management

Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Patient Flow Clerk to join the 24/7 Patient Flow Team on Wirral. The role involves ensuring optimal bed use across two sites, coordinating admissions, discharges and transport, and providing timely bed-related reports.

The successful candidate will work closely with clinical and operational teams, communicate with GP practices, and maintain bed management data to support NHS bed targets.
