Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of education strategies focused on access and inclusion across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align access and inclusion initiatives with overall organizational objectives and policies.
  • Advise on best practices and legislative requirements related to education access, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Manage and support teams responsible for delivering access and inclusion projects and programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of access and inclusion strategies, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including educational institutions, community groups, and government bodies to promote inclusive educational practices.
