Day or Night Guest Service Agent

We are looking for Guest Service Agents to join the team at Zedwell, with both day and night shifts available.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests. You will help with check-in and check-out, answer questions, support guests during their stay and make sure they receive a friendly and professional service at all times.

We are looking for people who are confident, approachable, reliable and enjoy working with others. Previous hotel experience is helpful, but a positive attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn are just as important.
