Compassionate Care Assistant — Day or Night Shifts

Willow Court is a specialist, nursing-led home on Hollybank Trust’s Mirfield campus, supporting adults with complex health needs and disabilities. We are recruiting Day and Night Support Workers to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Roles are full or part‑time with typical 12.5-hour shifts; hourly rates are £12.81 for days and £13.61 for nights, with enhanced rates for bank holidays and overtime. A DBS check is required, and sponsorship for UK work is not offered.
