Student Attendance & Engagement Champion

Morgan Hunt is recruiting an Attendance and Engagement Officer to support Peterborough area learners. You will promote positive attendance, boost learner engagement, and work with tutors and student services to remove barriers.

The role involves tracking attendance, following up absences, building relationships with students and parents, and contributing to retention and progression in a supportive, inclusive environment. Experience in education and strong communication are preferred.
