Staff Nurse – Intermediate Care (Band 5) | Flexible Hours

Locala Health & Wellbeing is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our Intermediate Care Team in the UK. This Band 5 role offers a salary range of £32,073–£39,043, and 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis.

The Intermediate Care Service supports patients from hospital discharge to home, with tasks from complex wound care to monitoring deteriorating patients. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, person-centred care and help prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
