Carrington Wood is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our established HR team in Exeter. This hands-on role focuses on Employee Relations and providing practical guidance to managers across a multi-site workforce.

You’ll manage a varied caseload from start to finish, shape HR processes, and support organisational change while developing your own career within a growing HR function. Hybrid working is available.
