Employee Relations Lead – UK/EMEA (9-Month Contract)

JLL in London seeks an Employee Relations Manager on a 9-month fixed term contract. You will join a small ER team, advise HR partners, handle investigations and complex cases, and influence changes across the UK and EMEA.

You will lead casework, provide guidance on disciplinary, grievances and ill-health, develop best practices, and collaborate with compliance, legal and business leads. Strong UK employment law knowledge and excellent communication are essential.
