My client, a well-established charitable organisation based in St Helens, is currently looking to recruit a Temporary Business Support Administrator to support the CEO, Senior Management Team and wider business functions.
The successful Temporary Business Support Administrator will have strong administration experience, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will be responsible for providing high-level business support, coordinating meetings, maintaining records and producing reports and management information.
Pay & Hours:
- Pay – £14.50 per hour
- Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week (5 hours per day)
- Location – St Helens (100% office based)
Temporary opportunity with an established and respected organisation, the role will become a permanent fixture if the temporary assignment is successful
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the CEO, Senior Management Team and wider departments.
- Coordinate and produce management information and reports for senior management review.
- Maintain information management systems, filing structures and accurate business records.
- Assist with the development, implementation and review of policies and procedures.
- Support the coordination and delivery of the organisation’s strategic plan.
- Conduct research and compile business intelligence to support organisational objectives.
- Support the management of data relating to risk, health & safety, safeguarding, complaints and data protection.
- Assist with maintaining the Risk Register and Business Continuity Plan, including quarterly reviews and reporting.
- Collate, analyse and present information in a range of formats.
- Prepare internal and external communications, including news briefs and business reports.
- Organise and coordinate meetings and events.
- Take meeting minutes and ensure actions are documented and followed up.
Specification:
- Previous administration, business support or governance experience.
- Experience producing reports, conducting research and presenting information to stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
- Competent IT user with strong Microsoft Office skills.
