To manage the administration and coordination of bodywork repair activity, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely vehicle return to service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate bodywork repair jobs from intake to completion
Liaise with bodyshops, insurers, and suppliers to progress repairs
Manage estimates, approvals, and invoicing in line with agreed processes
Track vehicle status and update systems accurately
Ensure photographic evidence and documentation are captured and stored correctly
Monitor repair quality and escalate concerns where standards are not met
Support reporting on repair volumes, costs, and turnaround times
