Canary Wharf, London | 300-360 per day | Outside IR35 | 6-Month Contract
We’re looking for a Digital Construction Manager to join a main contractor on a major, long-term commercial fit-out and refurbishment project in Canary Wharf.
The role will initially be hands-on, covering Revit modelling, overlays and model data validation, before developing into a management position overseeing trade coordination and Stage 5 design.
It’s particularly well suited to an experienced CAD / BIM Coordinator ready to step up into Digital Construction Management.
What you’ll be doing
- Producing and reviewing models using Autodesk Revit
- Supporting BIM coordination and model overlays
- Validating model data and digital information
- Coordinating MEP and wider trade packages
- Supporting Stage 5 design delivery
- Progressing into oversight of trade coordination and digital construction activities
What we’re looking for
- Strong Autodesk Revit and AEC suite experience
- Previous BIM / CAD coordination experience
- MEP coordination experience would be particularly beneficial
- Experience validating model data
- Good understanding of construction-stage BIM delivery
- Ready to progress from a coordination role into management
- Able to work site-based in Canary Wharf – Scope for a temp-to-perm arrangement.
