As anWarehouse Team Leader based in MarstonGate you’ll be responsiblefor:
- Leading andmotivating a team of warehouse operatives to achieve and exceedKPIs and deliver excellent customerservice.
- Ensuring all operational processes arecompleted accurately, efficiently, and in line with health, safety,and environmental standards.
- Managing allaspects of people leadership, including performance reviews,absence management, holiday approvals, and training. You will bemanaging a team of around 15 WarehouseOperatives
- Maintaining stock integrity throughcycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and correct producthandling.
- Coordinating daily workflow andresource deployment to meet service targets, ensuring smoothoperational flow across picking, packing, replenishment, andloading.
This is afull-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday toFriday between 2.00pm – 10.00pm.
And here’swhat we’d like you tohave:
- Provenexperience within a people manager or team leaderrole
- Warehouse experience is desirable, but notessential
- MHE experience or licenses aredesirable
- To be able to manage KPIs, work todeadlines and challenge where needed
