Software Support Analyst – Healthcare IT (Coventry, EN/IT)

Haemonetics in Coventry, UK seeks a Software Support Analyst to join our Systems Support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support for software applications, interfaces, databases, and hardware across the UK and Italy.

You will work closely with developers, field service engineers, and distributors to diagnose and resolve issues, document activities, and ensure excellent customer service in English and Italian where possible.
