Lead Grounds Maintenance Team (Glasgow)

Sanctuary in Glasgow is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a team of 13 Landscapers, delivering grounds maintenance across Sanctuary sites in Southwest Scotland. You will lead day-to-day operations and ensure work is completed to contract standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, practical horticultural knowledge, and the ability to use computerised scheduling systems (PDA). A PA1–PA6 certificate and UK driving licence are essential.
