Volunteer Experience Lead – Visitor Impact & Community

National Trust is seeking a Volunteer Experience Co-ordinator to lead the day-to-day volunteering across the Hinton Portfolio, ensuring volunteers are recruited, supported and equipped to deliver excellent visitor experiences.

You’ll work with volunteer managers across properties, fostering an inclusive culture and using data to continually improve both volunteer and visitor experiences. Travel across Hampshire and West Sussex is required.
