We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Drawing Room Manager to join a luxury 5-star hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a high-performing team.
As Drawing Room Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the hotel’s elegant Drawing Room, leading from the front to ensure the highest standards of service are consistently delivered while creating an exceptional experience for every guest.

The Person
The successful Drawing Room Manager will have:
- Previous experience as a Drawing Room Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar management role within a luxury 5-star hotel or fine dining environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Immaculate presentation and excellent attention to detail.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- A hands-on management style and the confidence to lead by example.
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and guest relation skills.
- A positive, approachable personality with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
