Director of HR Expert Services & Transformation

Cabinet Office is seeking a Deputy Director, Expert Services to lead HR policy, pay and reward, and employee relations. You will drive workforce levers, manage exit strategies, and shape organisational redesign with the HR leadership team.

You will lead a team of around 20 specialists, deliver complex casework, and modernise HR policy using automation and AI. You will work across the People and Places directorate and act as deputy for senior HR leaders.
