Qua, This job as a Quality Improvement Lead at Elysium Healthcare’s Lakefield Neurological Centre offers the opportunity to lead quality initiatives and shape clinical excellence. You’ll work closely with clinical teams to monitor audits, oversee compliance, and lead improvements. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance measures are met, analysing data to identify risks, compiling reports, and leading service improvements. The role requires strong governance understanding, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills. Experience in a neurological setting is beneficial.
