Principal Highways & Drainage Engineer: Lead Complex Projects

Kier Group plc. is seeking a Principal Highways and Drainage Engineer to join our team across locations in the UK. The role offers hybrid working with up to 1–2 days per week from home, and involves delivering complex highways and drainage projects from concept through to delivery.

You will lead design teams, ensure buildability and safety compliance, and contribute to tendering, preconstruction planning, and technical support across major infrastructure schemes.
