Caregiver for Teen with Disabilities | 2:1 Support

Cornerstone Community Care is seeking two compassionate carers to support a teenage boy with profound learning and physical disabilities. You will provide personal care, assist with feeding and transfers, and accompany him on outings in his mobility van.

The role requires patience and a caring approach to social activities, with full training provided. PVG scheme membership update will be required to proceed.
