About The Role
What You’ll Be Doing:
Every day is different, and every client you support will rely on you to make their world a little brighter. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
Providing genuine companionship and emotional support
Assisting with light housekeeping and nutritious meal preparation
Supporting clients with medication and daily routines
Helping clients maintain their mobility and independence
Building trusting, meaningful relationships with clients and their families
Keeping accurate, up-to-date care records in line with RQIA and GDPR guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need years of experience to thrive here — what matters most is your heart. We’re looking for someone who:
Is genuinely caring, patient, and empathetic
Has great communication and listening skills
Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle
Has the right to work in the UK and is aged 18 or over
Experience in care is a bonus, but full training is provided for those new to the field
