Waste Collection Loader – Outdoors, Team Player

Reading Borough Council is recruiting for an outdoor waste collection operative in Reading. You will join a team collecting refuse and recycling, loading bins and operating compactors, while maintaining high service standards and customer care.

Flexibility and teamwork are essential, with a view to career development and safety compliance. Applicants with an HGV license or those willing to work towards one are welcome as part of succession planning and annual leave cover arrangements.
