Deckers Brands’ HOKA division is hiring a Full-Time Keyholder to lead customer experiences in our London store. As a Keyholder you’ll stay current on products, promotions and marketing initiatives to engage customers and help the team hit store goals.

You’ll provide personalised service, address questions, explain returns, model a positive attitude, promote the brand, and support a dynamic team across in-store and phone interactions. Retail experience and strong communication are essential.
