Are you an experienced MIG Welder, Fabricator Welder or Structural Steel Fabricator looking for a well-paid night shift in Bridlington?
ES Recruit is recruiting experienced Fabricator / MIG Welders to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders with experience in structural steel fabrication, MIG welding and working from engineering drawings.

The Role
Working as part of the fabrication team, you will be responsible for:
- MIG welding structural steel
- Fabricating steel components from engineering drawings
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Measuring, marking out and preparing materials
- Producing welds to the required specification
- Inspecting completed welds and fabricated components
- Completing relevant quality documentation
- Working to production and quality targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For
We’d like to hear from experienced MIG Welders / Fabricator Welders / Structural Steel Fabricators who have:
- Proven MIG welding experience
- Previous fabrication experience
- Experience working with structural steel
- Confidence reading and working from engineering drawings
- Good knowledge of fabrication and welding processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to produce high-quality welds consistently
- A reliable and hardworking approach
Experience within structural steel, heavy fabrication, engineering, manufacturing or steelwork would be particularly beneficial.
