Senior Resident Liaison Lead – Social Housing (Travel)

WPS is seeking a Senior Resident Liaison Officer to lead a team of Tenant Liaison Officers across multiple social housing projects. You will act as the senior escalation point for resident complaints and help drive high standards of customer service and engagement.

You will monitor service quality, review KPI reporting and support mobilisation across a growing portfolio of works. Regular travel across the region is required and the role offers a senior, development-focused path.
