Senior Social Work Lead – Community Mental Health

Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking a compassionate, motivated Social Work Service Lead to drive integrated community mental health services across Early Intervention, Older Adults CMHT and Recovery Team.

You will work within a senior leadership group to strengthen governance, oversee HR, budget, quality and performance reporting, and ensure statutory duties are met while developing social workers.
