Community Mental Health Nurse — Crisis Resolution Team

Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust in Cambridge is seeking passionate mental health professionals to join the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, with base at Fulbourn Hospital. You will be supported to develop within your role through a preceptorship programme and regular supervision.

The successful candidate will provide interventions, work in a multi-disciplinary team, and monitor prescribed medications as part of a patient-centred community service.
