Working alongside a large multidisciplinary team—including Consultants, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Allied Health Professionals—you will advocate for your patients, ensuring their dignity, cultural beliefs, and human rights are always upheld. You will communicate sensitive or complex clinical information clearly, maintain precise digital patient records, and participate in handovers. Furthermore, you will help supervise junior staff, act as a mentor or preceptor to students and newly qualified nurses, and at times take management responsibility for co-ordinating shift care on the ward.
