24/7 ICT Service Delivery Technician – Data Centre

CBRE in London, UK is seeking an ICT Service Delivery Shift Technician to join a 24/7 data centre operations team on a day/night continental shift pattern. The role focuses on delivering against customer SLAs and maintaining critical environments in a hands-on capacity.

You will liaise with the DCS Shift Leader, ensure health and safety, update Service Now requests, monitor alarms via Hawki and Netcool, and contribute to the continuous improvement of shift services across the campus.
