Urgent Care SPA Administrative Assistant

Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Band 3 Single Point of Access Administrative Assistant to join the new SPA service across urgent care and community services. You will coordinate referrals, triage needs, and direct patients to the right services with a patient-centered approach.

You will handle referrals using RIO, manage the clinical diary, and provide administrative support to meetings.
