Residential CAD Technician – 5-Star Housebuilder

Beal Homes is recruiting a CAD Technician or Assistant CAD Technician to join our Technical team at Hessle, East Yorkshire. You will work under the Technical Manager, updating drawings, coordinating supplier information, and helping resolve design issues to deliver high-quality homes.

The role suits someone with AutoCAD experience and a construction background, able to work with colleagues, consultants and suppliers to improve designs in a supportive, well-equipped workspace.
