24/7 Production Plant Operator (Continental Shifts)

Tarmac is seeking a Shift Operative – Alfreton for a full-time continental shift pattern averaging 42 hours per week, operating plant and equipment safely to hit production targets. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll work in a team, follow safety rules, and support continuous improvement and reliable timekeeping across rotating shifts.

You will be part of a supportive team at the Alfreton site, with duties including daily reporting, maintenance tasks, and ensuring high-quality products
