THE ROLE

The firm is looking either for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or qualified Solicitor to join the London team. This is a hands on role from day one!
n
n You will have:
n
Solid experience in residential property, London market including complex Leasehold structures and BSA legislation as well as the ability to lead conveyancing transactions for residential properties, from instruction through to completion, including dealing with post completion and administrative aspects if required.
n The ability to provide excellent client service and experience in building and maintaining relationships with referrers (estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers etc)
